Epson approached me to develop a campaign for their groundbreaking 4K Laser Projectors, featuring the innovative 4K Crystal Motion technology. The challenge? Highlight the key benefits of this cutting-edge technology in a way that resonates with both tech-savvy and premium-end users.

After an in-depth analysis of the product and its target audience, I crafted a striking campaign centred on the unique Crystal Motion technology. This approach translated a technically complex concept into a bold, attention-grabbing core visual that Epson can own across all campaign elements.

The result was a visually stunning and informative campaign that effectively communicated Epson’s unique selling proposition, positioning their 4K Laser Projectors as a game-changer in the world of projection technology.

EPSON UV Label Printer Campaign

The Epson UV label printer is not just your average label printer. This printer can create spot UV varnishes in either matt or gloss all in the one pass – it’s what makes it unique. Epson’s brief was to create a campaign that highlights these benefits in a way that the trade will understand.

To address this, I collaborated with a 3D artist to create a high-resolution render that highlighted the UV effect on a beer bottle label. The campaign emphasised the contrast between matte and gloss finishes, showcasing the printer’s precision and versatility. The beer bottle was chosen because of its common use of UV varnish effects.

The campaign effectively communicated Epson’s unique selling proposition (USP) in a way that was visually striking and technically informative.

After three successful “More Than a Plate” campaigns, myPlates tasked me with maintaining the same strategy I developed, but this time, the goal was to make the campaign even more fun.

I introduced a bold, new art direction for myPlates, shifting the tone to a playful, vibrant, and less serious brand positioning. This approach not only encourages customers to have more fun with the product but also appeals to a new audience who may not have previously considered personalised plates.

The result is a lively light-hearted campaign that builds on the success of the previous three campaigns, with a large range of assets that further highlight how personalised plates are truly “more than a plate.”

When myPlates developed a new algorithm which instantly creates unique and available ideas for personalising a number plate based on just a few questions, they contacted us to help spread the word.

So we went back to basics, back to the reason why the algorithm was developed. We put ourselves in the shoes of a customer who’s name is ‘Smith’ and unfortunately being a common name all the good plates were taken… so what would we do?  maybe we’d ask our mates of number plate ideas, maybe that would help?…..?!
